Welcome to your Starting Point, I’m so glad you’re here

There’s a moment many women experience, but rarely talk about.

It often comes after becoming a mother, after a season of change, or during a quiet moment of realization that the life you’ve built doesn’t quite feel like you anymore.

For me, it wasn’t one dramatic turning point, but a slow unfolding. A kind of awakening.

On the outside, my life looked exactly how it was supposed to. I had a wonderful husband, two incredible kids, the house, the cars, all of it.

But inside, something felt off.

I had everything I thought would make me happy…
and I was deeply depressed.

There was a growing awareness that I had spent so much of my life moving forward without truly understanding myself — my patterns, my relationships, my motivations, or why certain things felt so much harder for me than they seemed to for others.

Eventually, I started asking:
Who am I, really?

That questions changed everything for me. I began exploring tools that helped me gain an understanding of who I truly was. Not just the surface-level personality traits, but the underlying patterns that had been quietly shaping my experience all along.

As a mother.
As a partner.
As a person.

And once I could see them, I couldn’t unsee them. Things started to shift.

My relationships changed.
The way I made decisions changed.
The way my life felt changed.

That path eventually led us somewhere we never expected — in 2025, we sold everything, packed our lives into seven suitcases, and moved our family of four to Costa Rica.

We’re now living a life that actually feels aligned with who we are. Not perfect. But deeply, genuinely fulfilling.

And that’s what led me to create Starting Point Purpose.

Because I know what it feels like to be in that in-between space, where something isn’t right, but you don’t yet know what needs to change.

My work is about helping you understand yourself in a way that actually changes how your life feels.

So you can move forward with more certainty.
More confidence.

And a deeper sense of purpose in your relationships and the life you’re creating.

You don’t have to figure it all out on your own.

I’m here to meet you at your Starting Point.
